Additionally, in 2014, the company completed several acquisitions including the acquisition of TREXIMET® from GSK and KHEDEZLA™ from Osmotica. In 2013, the company completed several acquisitions of pharmaceutical companies including Cypress Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Hawthorn Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Somaxon Pharmaceuticals Inc.
